Welcome to Rocky Point Heights Community Club
Rocky Point Heights is located on the northwest side of Camano Island, just up the hill from the Huntington Store. Ours is a small, quiet community with a fantastic view of the Saratoga Passage. As a result, we have a unique combination of rural life, access to larger metropolitan areas, and a stunning view, especially at sunset.
Like the rest of Camano Island, our community relies on groundwater supplied by aquifers formed during the last Ice Age. We proudly share the Combined Water System with our neighboring Brentwood community, helping provide a dependable water supply for both neighborhoods.
The Rocky Point Heights Community Club, our homeowners association, serves our neighborhood by managing our shared interests, overseeing the community water distribution system, and maintaining our governing documents while supporting the community values that help make Rocky Point Heights such a special place to live.

Thank you for being so supportive! We had a great time cleaning up the water tank area on Island View Drive. Together we are taking care of our water source!
Neighbor to Neighbor
At Rocky Point Heights, we all play a part in making our neighborhood a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming place to live. The simple courtesies we extend to one another help create the sense of community that makes our neighborhood special.
In addition to following Island County regulations, our Rocky Point Heights HOA covenants help preserve the safety, appearance, and enjoyment of our community for everyone. We appreciate your help with a few thoughtful practices:
🌿 Care for your landscape.
Regularly maintaining and pruning trees and shrubs helps keep roads, walkways, and neighboring properties safe while enhancing the beauty of our community.
🚗 Be considerate with vehicle parking.
Please avoid leaving vehicles parked continuously in the same location for more than 72 hours, unless otherwise permitted. This helps keep our streets accessible, attractive, and available for everyone.
🎵 Respect quiet hours.
Many of our neighbors enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Rocky Point Heights. Please keep music and other loud noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. so everyone can enjoy a restful evening.
Thank you for being a thoughtful neighbor. By showing consideration for one another and following both County regulations and our HOA guidelines, we help preserve the friendly, welcoming character of Rocky Point Heights for current residents and future generations.
