Complaints must be dated, identify the specific CCR by paragraph and subsection, identify the property and owner alleged to be in violation and be signed by the owner submitting the complaint. Include photographs showing the infraction.

Your complaint is not valid if the following:

Your HOA dues are not current.
Your home is the ugliest home on your street.
Your trees and shrubs are overgrown.
Your lawn is overgrown or looks like _____.
