Annual Meeting May 28th @ 7pm Virtual

All Member/Owners are asked to please be respectful and e-mail Secretary jack47baker@msn.com to confirm your name, RPH property address, mailing address if different, phone# , email address and Renter/Non-Owner Occupant name and your proxy if you will not be attending today's meeting. Thank you for your communication and participation.



Information for joining the Google Meets meeting and the documents that will be discussed can be found at www.rphcc.info under the Resources – Links tab choose Annual Membership Meeting.


The board decided the annual meeting should again this year be held virtually. The meeting will be a virtual meeting over Google Meets on May 28, 2021 at 7 pm. Follow these steps to join the meeting; 1. On May 28 after 6:55 pm open Google Window and type Google meets in the search box. 2. When you receive the invitation click join with Google Meet. If you do not have Google Meets, follow step 1 to get it. 3. Click Join now it will prompt you to test your video & audio – just follow the directions.


Items for the meeting will include treasurer and committee reports, the annual budget, bank balance and profit & loss statement, an update on the proposed water system upgrade and voting for new Board of Trustee members.


Two board of trustee positions are open to be served for the next two years and one for three years. If you, or if you know of another RPHCC member open to serving on the Board please nominate them at the meeting when nominations are requested. Their names will then be included with current trustees Carlos Veliz and Darrell Macke who are open for election.


If you do not plan to attend the meeting, please ask another RPHCC member, or the RPHCC secretary, to act as your proxy. Please email the following proxy statement no later than May 26, 2021 to the RPHCC secretary, jack47baker@gmail.com with the following statement:


I (your name) owner of the property at (your address) do hereby assign my proxy to (the name to whom you are giving your proxy) to vote as my proxy at the RPHCC Annual Membership Meeting to be held May 28, 2021.
